Missy Elliott finally releases her new record, “WTF” [where they from]. Unlike most artist who release a single first on iTunes, Missy went ahead and released an entire music video! Its genius, since her visuals always inspire, and hype folk up to buy a record, you new comers better take notice. The video is FIRE, the song is even hotter, the rap cadence Missy and Pharrell use is almost like a powerful speech, a march if you will, with slight elements of the southern trap vibe, but a strong new presence that reminds me of “The Last Poets: Niggas Are Scared Of The Revolution” poem, but its unique, original and catchy…you gotta WATCH:

The Music video is ….so hot!! I cannot stop watching. It was co-directed by Dave Myers! His recent works include: Ciara’s “Dance Like We’re Making Love” music video, and the legendary Janet Jackson’s “No Sleeep”. Missy also co-directed the music video and had her artist Sharaya J all up in the video killing it!! Ya’ll see how the family does? Keep it in the family!!
