Major news today, Sandra Bland’s case yields no indictments. Sandra Bland was murdered by white cops after being arrested for failing to signal while driving. Three days after she was arrested she was killed, in a jail cell. Sandra Bland was a leader of the Black Lives Matter movement and they ruled her death a suicide. Family of Blands know her well enough to know that she’d never kill herself. We believe them. Marc Lamont Hill said something today that hit home;

CNN reports:

‘…After reviewing all the evidence in the death of Sandra Bland, a Waller grand jury did not return an indictment in the death of Bland, nor were any indictments returned against any employee of the Waller County Jail,” Jordan said after the grand jury met for more than eight hours Monday. 

“The grand jury has looked at all the evidence and found no evidence of murder,’… he said.”

The fact that we have to wonder if she was white would the same thing’ve happened is a huge reason why we need serious reform in the US. ..disagree?! You’re apart of the problem.
