Let The Change Begin. ..

Now before you guys shout, see she’s B.L.A.C.K why are you ni****s complaining your own is the reason for the lack of diversity like so many of you did with Jada, Cheryl Boone Isaacs is not the person voting for the WIN doing the Oscars. Cheryl Boone Isaacs is a historic figure for the Afrikan American community as the first Afrikan American, and Afrikan American Woman to hold the position as the 35th President of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

The voters are registered Academy members most of which are white, male, and older. Since her reign in 2013 Cheryl has implemented many changes one of which includes trying to diversify the folks who vote for the Academy. This is what a President is suppose to be, fair, and showing concern, not only showing but having! There are so many racist complaining stating Afrikan Americans are always “complaining” which is a huge problem in progression, but its a learned behavior that’s been going on for years, unfortunate, but very real…smh
