Jidenna Is On A Role…
Seriously one of the greatest music videos I’ve seen in the last 10 years Jidenna’s song “Knickers” is that wave! Keeping the continuity Jidenna does not stray too far away from the “Classic Man” sound, but it’s different enough that you can enjoy the record and not feel like it’s one long song. The video is a take on swing music, and the 1930s style of fashion and dance, “Knickers” music video is an instant classic. I do wonder however, since “Knickers” is a play on words for the n-word as well as a list of other things, if white radio stations and award shows, if he wins…how would that work? How would they announce it? Awkward…but I love it WATCH:
