Janelle Monae Is A Force To Be *&^%$#@ With….

Owner of WondaLand Records, Janelle Monae is the power behind hit songs, and artist like Jidenna. Growing up in the arts Janelle Monae is not exactly new to acting, but as far as her first major role, this is it. HIDDEN FIGURES a NASA drama starring Taraji P. Henson and Octavia Spencer is based on Margot Lee Shetterly’s forthcoming book Hidden Figures: The Story of the African-American Women Who Helped Win the Space Race. 

Taraji P. Henson will star as Katherine Henson (a mathematician). Octavia Spencer and Janelle Monae will co-star as Taraji’s colleagues Dorothy Vaughn and Mary Jackson Variety.

This movie being made is so important because it will show little B.L.A.C.K Girls and Boys that there’s so much more to life then what the media shows you. It will open them up to NASA possibilities and beyond! It’s great to have different examples, instead of the same thing over and over again…I’m ready for this!
