Rihanna release’s “Sledgehammer” from the motion picture “Star Trek Beyond”. The song itself is a powerful pop ballad with a significant message and recurring theme about strength and defeating the obstacle. It’s the perfect song for Star Trek considering the battles the characters face in the film, the wars, the betrayal. “Sledgehammer” music video is perfection! Rihanna takes her ability to emote to another level adding fantasy to not only who she is visually, but with the added elements of telepathic powers it makes the video and song soar to another level.
