Academy Award Winning Actress MoNique Covers Sheen Magazine & Talks New Movie “Almost Christmas”

MoNique covers Sheen Magazine’s 10 year anniversary exclusive countdown cover, ending 2016 with a bang! After much controversy over being “black balled” in Hollywood, and being judged for how she and her husband run their relationship. MoNique is showing us how to continue to remain classy and working, and giving us advice and a look into her mind along with husband Sidney on their podcast, Mo’Nique has had an interesting year. What better way to start closing out this year, other than being on the cover of a magazine on stands Oct. 25th?

Mo’Nique promotes “Almost Christmas” the new family comedy she’s starring in that comes out this November. According to Sheen Mo’Nique, about her experience shooting the film, states;

‘You know walking on the set and you see a legend named Danny Glover, that’s priceless. To be able to sit around and go to school where he’s not even trying to school you purposefully you’re just in the midst of that greatness and that talent…’

Seem like Mo’Nique hasn’t been black balled at all, a quote that never came from her, but surfaced around her. This is why rumors shouldn’t be followed. MoNique produced, or starred in; “Bessie” on HBO, “Black Bird” a dramatic film, and now “Almost Christmas” if this is what it means to be black balled…sign me up!
