Black Is Not A Weapon!

Harry Belafonte’s social justice organization; Sankofa released a P.S.A “Against The Wall” Oct 10th in response to police brutality and social injustice against people of colour. The short film stars Michael B. Jordan, Danny Glover, Van Jones, Michael K. Williams, Marc Lamont Hill and more. The film is a short look into a major issue that is often undermined and quickly forgotten. A reminder that the murder of unarmed Black Men and Women is an attack, and shouldn’t go unpunished and unnoticed any longer.

“if its once or twice you can say its an accident and a coincidence but when you have as large population of murdered young men in the streets of Amerikkka and they’re all black or of Afrikan American decent i think there’s somebody sending us a message and i think we should respond to that message…”
