They’re Back! Watch Brandy, Jenifer Lewis, & Roz Ryan MLK & Nina Simone Inspired In These Streets

Jenifer Lewis, Brandy, and Roz Ryan are back with another #InTheseStreets video. This time it’s inspired by Martin Luther King Jr Day and Nina Simone; “An artist’s duty is to reflect the times.” Even though it’s hilarious, especially considering their new name; “Jenifer Lewis & Dem”, what this message brings to people more so than the other videos is a message of UNITY!

JENIFER LEWS & DEM;

“50 Million of us will march down south, and we will tear down that wall!!”

It’s one thing to use your platform as a celebrity for visibility to better your career, but its greater when it’s both unifying, and entertaining. For example, The words in this video were a lot more powerful then I believe people realize. A message to unify but reminding those forgotten, and informing those unaware that when the going gets tough, we will stand together and do what’s right!

#SOULdiers, ARE WE IN THESE STREETS?!
