Legend Sylvester Stallone took to instagram to announce “Creed 2” is headed for 2018. The hit film starred Michael B. Jordan as the son of Apollo Creed, with Sylvester reprising his role as Rocky. The film was a box office success making over 150 million dollars against a 40 million dollar budget.
With success like that, a Creed sequel was inevitable. Considering Hollywood is on a sequel and remake binge, It’s not surprising when successful films get extended. Michael’s performance in Creed was critically claimed and award winning, so a Creed 2 will be even better.
