Queen Latifah stopped by The Ellen Show and stated new music is on the way. A Legendary Hiphop star, it’s been seven years since we last heard an album from Queen. The last album “Persona” garnered the single “Fast Car” featuring Missy Elliott. A very busy woman, Queen has starred in several films, and recreated her talk show during the hiatus from music.

Tapping Into Issues Of Today

A few years ago Queen featured on a Naughty By Nature record, but we’ve not heard a full Latifah album. Fans are ready, especially since theirs a lack of hiphop in music today. There’s a lot of rap, but not very much hiphop, which deals in the real, politics, and story telling. A renowned Jazz singer Queen says there is so much new music she’s going to release some of it, some Jazz, some mixed genre.
