Aaron Hernandez’s fiancé Shyanna Jenkins sue’s the Patriots and the NFL on behalf of their daughter losing parental consortium claiming the NFL neglected to tell Aaron about the woes of a CTE condition. Chronic traumatic encephalopathy; a degenerative disease found in people who receive constant blows to the head, was found in Aaron Hernandez. TMZ Sports grabbed the exclusive.
If you remember, Aaron Hernandez was found guilty of first degree murder and was sentence to life in prison. After he was found not guilt on other murder charges, Hernandez’s body was found in his prison cell, dead from a possible suicide. Even though Shyanna believed back in May 2017 that Aaron didn’t kill himself, the NFL’s neglect to share their awareness of CTE and it’s connections with depression, violent mood swings, and suicidal thoughts with Arron brings a new issue.
Jose Baez represented Aaron as his lawyer. Jose claims researchers said Aaron’s CTE is; “the most severe case they had ever seen in someone of Aaron’s age,”.
“[The NFL/Patriots] were fully aware of the damage that could be inflicted from repetitive impact injuries and failed to disclose, treat or protect him from the dangers of such damage.”
