Kandi Burruss new single “Fake People” is an anthem for the phonies of the world, an odd pairing because no one wants to uplift fakes, however, being the grammy winning writer that she is, this anthem says; you ain’t low, we see you.
Kandi is currently starring as Matron Momma Morton on Broadway and has recently released a challenge called “Money Making Monday” (a different song from “Fake People”) after several naysayers gawked about Kandi not joining Xscap3 (same group without Kandi) saying hateful things like; “Kandi can’t sing anyway, how is she even on broadway”. Being the money making Queen herself Kandi created the #KandiMoneyMakingMonday challenge, and now we have an anthem “Fake People”, fuel for the artist.
With similarities from her money making Monday challenge, Fake People will be an anthem all real people will certainly play over and over again.
You can still enter for a chance to be regrammed by Kandi, these are the lyrics;
“It’s so funny how they hate on me, got so much to say when they don’t know me, but I’m just trying to secure my paper, I’m on my grind so fuck a hater, cause’ it’s money making Monday, money making Monday, money making Monday, money making Monday, I’m just trying to secure my paper, I’m on my grind so fuck a hater…”
