Cardi B released her music video for her hit single “Be Careful” which samples Lauryn Hill’s “Ex Factor” record, and thus far has been the best music video of 2018.
It’s all about concept, and making the lyrics come to life! Unfortunately rappers, R&B singers, pop singers and country music artist all alike often do very little in their music videos, (especially rappers with their models, cars, and bottles approach) as to bring the song to life, but Cardi B, and director Jora Frantzis did exactly that.
Cardi B continues to evolve, and through choosing quality team members, Cardi has consistently delivered meaningful visuals and records.
Jora Frantzis not only directed Cardi’s “Be Careful” music video, but she’s also photographed Cardi’s album and single covers shown in the photo above. Jora understands quality, Cardi and her team, were on the money when they chose her.
The music video is a clear angelic to demonic visual interpretation that speaks to the songs lyrical content about finding a mate that hurts you, doesn’t know what they have, and in return can make you become someone you don’t recognize. It’s visually brilliant!
