Colin Kaepernick’s Case Against The NFL Will Not Be Dismissed Possible Trial Coming

(Gerry Melendez for ESPN)

Colin Kaepernick’s NFL collusion case, which the NFL tried to get dismissed, will not be dismissed due to the arbitrator finding substantial evidence in Colin’s case. This is major for Colin Kaepernick as it gives him a chance to, with the evidence he presented, win earnings in damages he faced after being shut out the NFL. The case is moving forward, the NFL would have to prove Colin’s case to be false, and if their evidence is concrete it could move to a full trial.

Kanye West Issues Slavery Comments Apology

More importantly if Colin Kaepernick win’s this case it will be the first major legal defense won against racism, and prejudice within the league that could possibly change the way the NFL operates thereafter. If he wins it would mean there was substantial evidence that showed a clear sign of conspiracy to silence Colin, which could apply to many more players and operations in the NFL leaving the league in disarray.

This case, although difficult to prove, could truly set a new course of how the NFL is ran, by whom, and be a major piece in the long standing conspiracy that white supremacist and their businesses often operate in collusion thus hindering people of colour.

In 2016, after a series of murders by white cops/people plagued the Black community, movements like Black Lives Matter, needed the US to realize Black bodies were being targeted, and we wouldn’t stand for it any longer. Colin Kaepernick took that stance literally and became the first NFL player to take a knee during the national anthem. Colin proudly exhibited his constitutional right by protesting Black bodies being murdered and no justice being had, and for this, and this only, he was pushed out of the NFL and ostracized as a fear tactic to keep other Black players in line.

NFL Owners Try To Force Players To Stand

Fortunately the outpour of support for Colin after being blocked from the NFL reached many players, even white players, and another movement within a movement started and other players started to kneel.

Now in 2018, Colin is one step closer to exposing the truth behind this system, and those who benefit from the oppression of Black people. If Colin Kaepernick wins this case, nothing in politics, entertainment, and sports will ever be the same.

Even though many believe this case will be settled out of court, a case won by trial would be more beneficial as it will gain the eyes of the public, and hopefully rid us of the collusion filled industry phantoms. Bring em out, bring em out!
