Husband and Wife duo Remy Ma & Papoose stopped by The Real talk show and performed their new song “The Golden Child” live. On their hit show “Meet The Mackies” Remy Ma and Papoose discuss their new baby on the way, and Papoose calls it The Golden Child.

It’s only fitting that two rap icons create a song around it! The song is dedicated to the child, and the care and love that’ll go into making sure the golden child knows he/she is secure, and safe. Even though Remy and Pap’s other children didn’t like the name at first, they’ve come to realize and understand that after Remy’s miscarriage, why this baby is a miracle.
Remy & Pap represent that strong love, and even though the song is not a hot 100 hit, its a dope record lovers of hiphop and baby’s can learn and sing in that oh so corny, but cute and real way.
