Chris Rock is set to direct Kevin Hart in an upcoming Will Packer produced comedy film titled; “Co-Parenting”. Chris Rock’s directorial debut “Top Five” became a major box office success making over 25million dollars against a 12 million dollar budget. “Top Five” was also the first film Chris fully wrote by himself, making his debut, unlike many.
‘Co-Parenting’ is a comedy about a stay at home father that raises the kids while his wife brings home the bacon. Mister-Mom’s are a new breed of family structuring now-a-days, and a film starring an Afrikan American male lead on this topic is not only genius, but needed.
Chris’s second directorial; ‘Co-Parenting’, an idea birthed by Kevin Hart and Chris Rock will be written by Yamara Taylor, who’s work can be seen on the hit tv show ‘Black-ish’.
