Ciara released her new single; “Thinkin Bout You” alongside her new album reveal “Beauty Marks” which is now available for pre-order. “Beauty Marks” will be released May 10th 2019 featuring her hit single “Level Up”, with “DOSE”, “Greatest Love”, and “Freak Me” joining the rest of the 11 song album.
“Thinkin Bout You” is the fifth song off Ciara’s label imprint through Warner Bros. Records Beauty Marks Entertainment. The title of the album is the same as the label imprint, with “Thinkin Bout You” being the lead Pop record we’ve heard thus far.
“Thinkin Bout You” is the perfect pop song. Ciara’s youthful spirit shines in the music video as she sings about missing the man in her life in a jovial almost teen-like way. It’s a pop masterpiece with strong nostalgic references to teen-pop films of the 90s.
Ciara never disappoints. Hopefully “Thinkin Bout You” makes its way up the charts to give Ciara that extra boost that she needs to solidify her place as one of the only consistent true entertainers of the last 30 years.
