“Somebody Son” is titled after the colloquial phrase most used in 2019 referencing a varying notion of being with someone’s son either sexually, or intimately. The cover art of “Somebody Son” features Jade Novah and her husband Devin Johnson as “Somebody Son”.

“Somebody Son” has a neo-soul vibe with an early hiphop influence over soft clear-vocals. It’s a perfect song for pop radio, and R&B radio, a universal feel with clear Rhythm and Blues distinction.

The lyrics leave just enough room for suggestion, but very clearly, looking for somebody son without the usual strong sexual reference. The use of improper English in lyrics like; “you is such a vibe” adds to the song making for a smoother, yet understood, flow… it’s brilliant!
