Marvel announces Academy Award nominee Angela Bassett will be joining the epic cast of Marvel’s “Black Panther” spin-off movie. Black Panther is a spin-off film of the Marvel character Black Panther who was featured in Captain America’s latest film. Now Black Panther will have a stand alone which will star Chadwick Boseman reprising his role as Black Panther (T’Challa) and Angela Bassett (Ramonda) as His mother.
Angela Bassett is 58 years old with a body of a 35 year old. Hopefully Marvel writes her character as an action character who can move like T’Challa considering the families history, and not some old boring Mom. I do not know Angela personally, but Im sure she can handle a few action scenes! I’d love to see it!

Directed by Ryan Coogler (“Fruitvale Station,” “Creed”), “Black Panther” stars Chadwick Boseman in the title role alongside Michael B. Jordan, Forest Whitaker, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Daniel Kaluuya, Winston Duke, and Florence Kasumba. The film arrives in theaters on February 16, 2018.”
