Trump Ends DACA & How Over 800,000 Lives Will Be Effected | DACA Explained

WHAT IS DACA?

D.A.C.A or Deferred Action For Childhood Arrivals is an immigration program created by the Obama administration to protect young children brought to the US from deportation.

Trump and his administration, the republican party, on Tuesday September 5th 2017 announced, and stopped new applications, the program D.A.C.A, created under the Obama administration will be rescinded. The cancellation of this program will effect the over 800,000 lives it swore to protect. Trump and his administration lied about their reasoning to revoke D.A.C.A to persuade the public to agree with their decision, but their consistent lies proved ineffective.

DACA ACTUALLY HELPS THE U.S

Their reasoning for ending DACA can be categorized as heartless prejudice. Considering having DACA does not negatively effect the economy, American citizens, food resources, or our health and well being, there is not reason to end it, other than;

“…Enforcing the law saves lives, protects communities and taxpayers, and prevents human suffering. Failure to enforce the laws in the past has put our nation at risk of crime, violence and even terrorism…” – Jeff Sessions

The undertone of Sessions statement is clearly racially inspired and filled with stereotypes and prejudices. In his statement Jeff infers that American citizens need protection from immigrants dealing with human suffering. This statement is grossly false, immigrants make this country better, not worse.

CNN reports ending DACA will actually bomb the economy. Why? ‘Getting rid of DACA reduces the number of skilled workers and a lot of industries are facing worker shortages’,…….”Brannon estimates that repealing DACA would also hit the U.S. government by deporting taxpayers. He forecasts a potential $60 billion loss in tax revenue to the federal government and $280 billion hit to economic growth over 10 years.”

DACA

WILL THEY BE DEPORTED?

Unfortunately it appears deportation will be handled by a case by case bases depending on the soul of the person in charge. Once the DACA expires from each applicant, there’s no word on if they will be eligible for deportation, however, if “caught” by ICE;

“To be clear, what ICE is doing now is what Congress intended, we’re actually enforcing the law the way it is written,” said a senior ICE official. “(This is t)he first President who’s asked us to enforce the law the way it is written and not asked us to have some executive interpretation of the law.”

Anyone who believes this should happen, may God have mercy on your Soul.
