Erika Kayne a singer-songwriter who was captured singing while bartending at her fathers lounge went viral, which put her on national television singing in Times Square! Erika says her father’s lounge hosts karaoke Thursdays and they rarely let her sing, well this one Thursday she, while multitasking, sung Jazmine Sullivan’s “I Need You Bad” and 10 million views later, she’s got next!
Erika was invited to sing at Strahan And Sara a national television show of which Keke Palmer and Ashanti were special guest hosting. Erika sung an original song, but not before surprising Keke belting out the Jazmine Sullivan record that started it all.
It’s rare that singers or creatives get noticed or major attention for their art, but when it happens, the world rallies around them. It’s always good to see us win. Watch Below:
