Hi, I am Tahir Coleman Register, the owner of TheBLACKMedia. To all of my loyal readers, those who found an article searching Google, Yahoo, or META, or to the incel racist who have nothing better to do, I am announcing the end of TheBLACKMedia.org. I have decided to archive this website, but what does that mean? It means publically I am announcing to the world that I will no longer update the website, I know what you’re thinking… when was the last update? It’s been a year since I updated TheBLACKMedia.org with the intention to only update when there was a need, but now, I’ve decided to end that, and just have this website stand as an archive.
As an archived website I plan to keep it running, searchable, but no updates, no intended use for the near future, and any new articles, or important op-eds will be shared on Substack.
This announcement comes as there is a shift I believe is coming. I believe God has something major brewing for me, and I am preparing for it. A new format is coming, a new version of what you all have come to know as TheBLACKMedia is coming. The visions I’ve been getting, the meditations I have walked are all feeling nearer and nearer, and today, I was compelled to do this, so I am leaning into God’s will and…doing it.
I do believe this will fall on deaf ears, but I still think it’s important to name it, announce it, and make it so. So, enjoy my old articles, articles I wrote as as a young journalist, proudly calling myself a yellow journalist in the beginning until graduating as a full fledge journalist in the end. I can no longer accomplish this dream alone, and now more than ever I need funds, resources, a building, a staff, a crew, quality, and help!
Fret not, TheBLACKMedia is not going anywhere. You can join us via social media and watch as we grow into a major media/news company!
