Change WordPress Font Globally 2018 – Super Easy With Font Options



WordPress has gone through many updates, and most of the techniques to change your font, globally, are out dated.

Below is an easy way to change your WordPress Font, the 2018 updated version, with a simple and easy directory provided by Google Fonts to make choosing a unique font for your website easy. Let’s face it, most of WordPress themes have boring fonts.

Step 1: Open Two Tabs - Log into your WordPress Dashboard In One Tab, And Visit Google Fonts In The Other.

Step 2: Search and choose your Font In Google Font By Clicking The Red Plus (+) Sign.

Step 3: Once It's selected. Open, at the bottom of the screen, the Open Selection Drawer by clicking the white line.

Step 4: Open Your Dashboard Tab on WordPress

Step 5: Find APPEARANCE, and click EDIT CSS to open the CSS tab.

Step 6: Line 1.,  next to /* , Press ENTER to create a blank space for the code below.

Step 7: Copy And Paste this code in Line 1: * {Google Font Specify In CSS GOES HERE}

Step 8: Open your Google Font Tab, Copy The Specify In CSS Code

Step 9: Open your WordPress CSS Tab and paste your Google Font CSS code where it says "google font specify in css goes here" it should appear like this: * {font-family: 'Elizabeth light', serif;}

Step 10: Hit PUBLISH, Visit your website, click an article, and check out your awesome new font!
